Our draws are conducted using random.org, a third-party random number service. The ticket pool is locked before the draw, the winning number is generated and cryptographically signed by random.org at the draw itself, and the signed proof is published so anyone can independently verify the result — you don't have to take our word for it.

Winners are contacted within 24 hours of the draw. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer, arranged with you after your win. Physical prizes ship by tracked courier the next working day.
