Every ticket auditable

We record every entry against an immutable timestamp. Verifiable draws are run with random.org's Signed API — a single-use ticket is committed before the number is revealed, and anyone can independently confirm the result and signature on the draw's verification page. Your ticket either appears in the entrant list or it doesn't — there is no third state.
