Can I take cash instead of the prize?

Where a cash alternative is available, it's shown on that competition's page. Otherwise the prize is awarded as described. Check the individual competition page for details.

How fast do you contact winners?

Winners are contacted within 24 hours of the draw. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer, arranged with you after your win. Physical prizes ship by tracked courier the next working day.
