Our commitments
- Self-exclusion. 6-month minimum self-exclusion is available in every account, with one-click activation and irreversibility during the period.
- Monthly spend limits. Every account can set a monthly spend limit. Decreases are instant; increases face a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Credit card cap. A hard £250/month credit card cap is enforced on every account. Warnings are shown at £200; debit cards remain available beyond the cap.
- Harm monitoring. Our admin team is alerted to risk indicators (rapid spend escalation, late-night patterns) and may contact, restrict, or self-exclude an account where harm appears likely.
- Responsible play resources. Every page footer links to Responsible Play and external support (GamCare, BeGambleAware).
- Compliance measures, public. This page is public and updated whenever our procedures change.
- No credit cards on instant-win. Where instant-win draws are offered, credit card payment is disabled — debit only.
- Prize guarantee. The advertised prize or its published cash alternative is always awarded — no exceptions.
- Minimum ticket threshold. Every competition shows its minimum threshold upfront. If unmet, all entries are refunded in full.
- Independently verifiable draws. Our draws are conducted using random.org, filmed in a single take, and published as a signed proof anyone can verify.
- Age and residency. All entrants must confirm they are 18+ and UK resident at entry.
