Astro Comps Ltd operates under the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators. We monitor activity for signs of harm, enforce account-level controls, and make support routes easy to find. Tools we provide
Self-exclusion. A one-tap pause for a minimum of 6 months. Set this from your account dashboard. While self-excluded you cannot enter any draws and will not receive marketing or draw-reminder emails. After 6 months you can request reactivation by emailing info@astrocomps.com.
Monthly spend limit. Set your own cap on how much you can spend on Astro Comps per UK calendar month. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases are held for a 24-hour cooling-off period — your dashboard tells you exactly when the new limit becomes active. The checkout pipeline enforces your limit server-side; we never allow a purchase that would push you over it.
£250 credit card cap. Cashflows applies a £250 monthly limit on credit card spending across all Astro Comps purchases. This is enforced upstream of our checkout and protects you from large unintended balances on credit. Debit-card spend is governed by your own monthly limit (above) and by your own bank's controls.
Cooling-off period at signup. 18+ UK residents only. We collect a date of birth at signup and at every checkout — under-18 entries are blocked at multiple layers.
